A competency management approach enables organizations to identify areas where skills are lacking, allowing targeted efforts for skill development and improvement.

Career Growth

By understanding competencies required for advancement, employees can map out their career paths within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

Improve Recruitment

Using competency frameworks aids in recruiting individuals whose skills align closely with organizational needs, ensuring a better fit for both the role and the company culture.

Enhance Training

Competency assessments provide insights into the specific skills and knowledge gaps within the workforce, guiding the design of effective training and development initiatives tailored to organizational needs.

Meta competencies like 'Adaptability' or 'Flexibility' are not specific to one role or another, instead that are general enablers of high performance. Of course, for some of your team there is a critical requirement for specific leadership skills.
